SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) is powder-bed additive manufacturing using laser to fuse nylon powder into solid plastic parts. No support structures are required, ideal for complex functional engineering components.

SLS prints without supports, delivers fully isotropic strength, stronger heat/wear resistance, and can batch produce dozens of parts in a single build chamber, perfect for end-use low-volume production.

SLS is cost-effective for low to medium batch runs up to thousands of units. For mass high-volume production injection molding is recommended, while SLS excels for custom, complex small batch functional components.

STL, 3MF, STEP, IGES, SLDPRT, X_T, CATPart and OBJ. STL / 3MF are preferred slicing formats for laser sintering preparation.

Small simple PA12 parts ship within 3–5 working days. Large carbon fiber reinforced or batch sintered orders take 5–8 days based on build size and post finishing requirements.
