Sheet cutting is the primary blanking process in sheet metal manufacturing, separating raw flat metal or non-metal plate into custom 2D outlines according to CAD drawings.

We deploy four distinct cutting processes matched to material type, plate thickness, precision requirement and budget: fiber laser for high-precision thin-medium metal intricate patterns; waterjet for reflective alloy, thick plate and foam/wood plastic without heat distortion; plasma for low-cost thick carbon steel rough cutting; mechanical guillotine shear for fast straight-edge strip cutting.
